King Designs LLC is a California-registered limited liability company specializing in custom promotional products including canopy tents, feather flags, banners, tablecloths, stickers, flyers, and business cards. We ship throughout the United States.

2. Products and Services

All products offered by King Designs LLC are custom-made and personalized according to the specifications provided by the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to all artwork, logos, and content provided
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have reviewed and approved the design proof before production begins

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by King Designs LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Design Approval and Production

Before printing, a digital proof will be provided for your approval. Production begins only after written approval is received. King Designs LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, grammar, color choices, or design layout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. King Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Exceptions may be made if:

• The product was manufactured with a defect or error on our part
• The product received significantly differs from the approved proof

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order, with photographic evidence.

7. SMS Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number through our website or contact forms, you may consent to receive SMS text messages from King Designs LLC, including order updates and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
